3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

All users agree to engage with our platforms responsibly and for lawful academic purposes only. Users must not:

• Submit content that is inaccurate, deceptive, or unlawfully sourced
• Engage in plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices

4. Manuscript Submission and Editorial Process

5. Fees & Payments

Journals published by Conve International Pvt. Ltd. may require the payment of article processing charges or publication-related fees. Applicable fees are communicated prior to acceptance.

• No refunds shall be issued after final proof generation or post-acceptance of a manuscript.
• Manuscripts withdrawn prior to the commencement of peer review may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to deduction of applicable administrative and processing charges.
• Payment of fees does not guarantee manuscript acceptance.
• Failure to complete required payments may result in publication delay or cancellation.

6. Copyright, Licensing, and Author Rights

Unless otherwise stated, authors retain copyright of their published work. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Conve International Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and display the work in electronic and print formats.

Reuse of published content must comply with the license terms specified by the respective journal.

7. Use of Platform and Published Content

Content made available through our platforms is intended for scholarly, educational, and research purposes. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization from the Company.
